RETURN POLICY
Return & Refund Policy
Please review this policy carefully before purchasing a Return Pallet or mixed return-merchandise lot from Awekelas.
Last Updated: July 17, 2026Policy Overview
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through https://www.awekelas.com.
Awekelas sells Return Pallets and mixed return-merchandise lots. Because merchandise condition, product assortment, brands, quantities, packaging, and functionality vary by batch, all Return Pallet purchases are generally considered final sale.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Eligible order and delivery claims will be reviewed according to the terms below.
1. Return Merchandise Disclosure
Awekelas Return Pallets and mixed merchandise lots may include:
- Customer-returned merchandise;
- Open-box inventory;
- Shelf pulls;
- Overstock and excess inventory;
- Previously handled or used merchandise;
- Uninspected inventory;
- Merchandise with damaged or missing packaging;
- Incomplete, defective, or cosmetically damaged products;
- Salvage-condition merchandise.
Products may contain scratches, dents, stains, cosmetic wear, missing accessories, incomplete components, functional issues, damaged packaging, signs of handling, or other visible or hidden defects.
Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page, merchandise is sold “as is” and may not have been individually inspected or tested.
2. What Is Not Eligible for Return or Refund?
Returns or refunds will not normally be approved solely because of:
- Personal preference or change of mind;
- Dissatisfaction with the random merchandise assortment;
- Failure to receive a brand, model, or category that was not guaranteed;
- Differences between received merchandise and representative photographs;
- Packaging damage normally associated with return merchandise;
- Missing accessories or cosmetic defects covered by the condition disclosure;
- Lower-than-expected retail or resale value;
- Inability to resell the merchandise;
- Failure to achieve an expected resale profit;
- Normal variation in quantity, condition, color, size, or assortment;
- Receiving fewer high-value items than expected;
- Products that have been used, repaired, modified, discarded, or resold;
- Purchases made from third-party sellers or unauthorized retailers.
Product photographs, advertisements, videos, sample manifests, estimated values, brand references, and example assortments are provided for reference unless the product page expressly states that specific contents are guaranteed.
3. Eligible Order Claims
Please contact Awekelas if:
- You received the wrong Return Pallet category or purchasing tier;
- You received another customer’s order;
- The shipment is materially different from an expressly guaranteed listing or manifest;
- An expressly guaranteed component is materially missing;
- The shipment sustained visible transportation damage beyond its disclosed condition;
- The carrier confirms that the shipment was lost or cannot be delivered;
- A remedy is otherwise required by applicable law.
Approval is not automatic. Every claim will be reviewed using the applicable product page, order records, shipment information, tracking history, photographs, videos, delivery records, and disclosed merchandise condition.
4. Claim Submission Deadline
Eligible claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Email your claim to:
Please include:
- Your full name;
- Your Awekelas order number;
- The email address used at checkout;
- A detailed description of the issue;
- Photographs showing the entire shipment;
- Photographs of the external packaging;
- A clear photograph of the shipping label;
- Photographs or video showing the claimed damage or discrepancy;
- The delivery receipt or bill of lading, if applicable;
- An unboxing video, if available.
Please retain all merchandise, packaging, labels, and shipping materials until the claim has been resolved.
5. How the Claim Process Works
6. Freight and Transportation Damage
Customers receiving a freight shipment should inspect the pallet and external packaging before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
If visible damage or missing freight is discovered:
- Photograph the shipment before moving or opening it;
- Record the damage or shortage on the bill of lading or delivery receipt;
- Ask the carrier driver to acknowledge the notation;
- Keep a copy of the signed delivery documentation;
- Contact Awekelas within 7 calendar days.
Previously damaged retail packaging, normal return-merchandise condition, or defects that existed before shipment are not considered transportation damage.
7. Claim Review and Resolution
If a claim is approved, Awekelas may provide an appropriate resolution depending on the specific circumstances, including:
- Replacement merchandise;
- Reshipment of a materially missing guaranteed component;
- A partial refund;
- Store credit;
- A full refund when appropriate or legally required.
The available resolution depends on inventory availability, the nature of the issue, supporting evidence, shipping records, product disclosures, carrier information, and applicable law.
Awekelas may require merchandise to be returned before issuing a replacement, store credit, or refund.
9. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
Customers should not refuse, reject, or abandon a shipment without prior written authorization from Awekelas.
If a correctly fulfilled shipment is refused, rejected, abandoned, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, missed appointment, failure to accept delivery, or unauthorized rejection, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original shipping charges;
- Return shipping or freight expenses;
- Carrier storage charges;
- Redelivery expenses;
- Handling costs;
- A restocking fee of up to 25%.
Where permitted by law, these expenses may be deducted from an approved refund or must be paid before the shipment is sent again. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable for correctly fulfilled shipments.
10. Delivered but Not Received
If carrier tracking shows that an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around the delivery entrance and property;
- Ask household members or neighbors;
- Contact building reception or the mailroom;
- Contact the applicable shipping carrier;
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order was correct.
Then email Awekelas with your order number and tracking information. We may open a carrier investigation and request additional documentation.
A “Delivered” tracking status does not automatically qualify an order for a refund. Each claim will be reviewed using carrier records, available proof of delivery, order information, and the result of any applicable carrier investigation.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact Awekelas within 48 hours of placing the order and before processing begins.
Please include:
- Your full name;
- Your order number;
- The requested change or cancellation.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders that have entered processing, had inventory allocated, been packed, transferred to a warehouse, or handed to a carrier normally cannot be changed or canceled.
If a cancellation is approved before fulfillment, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
12. Shipping Delays and Unshipped Orders
Final-sale terms do not remove rights that may apply when an order has not been shipped.
If Awekelas cannot ship within the timeframe promised at checkout, we may contact the customer with an updated shipping estimate.
Where required by applicable law, the customer will be given the option to accept the revised shipping timeframe or cancel the affected unshipped order for a refund.
Delivery delays that occur after a shipment has been transferred to the carrier will be reviewed based on tracking records, carrier information, and applicable law.
13. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
After Awekelas issues an approved refund:
- PayPal refunds generally appear within 3–5 business days;
- Credit or debit card refunds may take approximately 3–15 business days;
- Actual posting time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank.
Awekelas cannot control how long a bank or financial institution takes to post an approved refund after it has been submitted.
Original shipping, return freight, customs expenses, storage, redelivery, and other non-refundable charges may be deducted where applicable and permitted by law.
14. Policy Abuse and Fraudulent Claims
Awekelas may deny claims involving fabricated evidence, altered photographs, substituted merchandise, missing returned contents, false delivery statements, or other knowingly inaccurate information.
Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity may result in account restrictions and the preservation of relevant order, communication, payment, tracking, and delivery records.
This section does not restrict customers from submitting legitimate claims or exercising lawful consumer and payment rights.
15. Relationship to Other Policies
This Return and Refund Policy should be read together with the applicable product page, Terms of Purchase Agreement, Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and order confirmation.
If a product page provides a specific written return guarantee that differs from this general policy, the specific product-page guarantee will apply to that product, subject to applicable law.
